The network the building runs on, designed and installed with the construction.
Structured cabling, WAN/LAN, wireless, VoIP, and physical security — engineered from requirements through as-built documentation. Single accountable team across design, procurement, installation, and acceptance testing.
Buildings don't open on drywall and finishes alone.
Voice, data, wireless, and security systems decide whether a project is actually usable on day one. We treat them as first-class trades — designed, coordinated, and installed alongside the build, not bolted on after handover.
Two practices, one accountable team
Our Design & Engineering practice produces the drawings, budgets, and specifications. Our Implementation practice procures, installs, configures, tests, and documents. The same leadership owns the outcome end-to-end.
- Requirements through as-built
- Coordinated with the construction schedule
- Carrier-neutral, manufacturer-agnostic design
- Procurement leverage on equipment and SIP
- Installation by trained low-voltage technicians
- End-to-end acceptance testing
- End-user training on telephony and security
- Documentation that survives turnover
We model the systems before a cable is pulled.
Every engagement starts with requirements gathering and ends with signed drawings, a vetted BOM, and a budget the construction team can actually buy from. Five practices, one design language.

Four phases. One continuous team.
We don't hand off between design and install. The same leadership team owns the work from requirements through the final as-built — and shows up on closeout day with the documentation in hand.
We gather requirements, model the building's data, voice, wireless, and security needs, and produce signed-off drawings, BOMs, and budgets.
We price carriers and equipment, order long-lead items against the construction schedule, and coordinate delivery to the site.
Cable plant, racks, switches, APs, handsets, cameras, and access control are installed and configured to spec.
End-to-end testing, signal verification, end-user training, and as-built documentation — so the systems are live the day the building opens.
Every scope closes with end-to-end acceptance testing and as-built documentation. If a system isn't tested, configured, and documented, we don't consider it done.
Send us the drawings, the PIP, or the FISP report—we'll take it from there.
