How do you structure fees on GC engagements?+
We work under stipulated sum, GMP, and cost-plus arrangements. For repositioning and hospitality work we usually recommend GMP with a shared-savings clause.

Yes. Concrete, masonry, carpentry, and select finishes are run through our specialty divisions, which gives us direct control of schedule-critical path work.
