Silver Wolf Consulting delivers full-service construction management for owners running complex, large-scale projects. We lead all phases from concept to completion, develop and manage schedules, budgets, and execution strategies, and coordinate architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Behind us sit three operating divisions — Projex Construction Group, our self-performing concrete & masonry crews, and Rainier Restoration — so when self-performance protects the project, we can pull that lever without the markup of an outside GC.
- Lead all phases from concept to completion
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
- Oversee bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations
- Direct daily field operations and subcontractor performance
- Enforce quality standards and OSHA compliance
- Anticipate risk; address delays and unforeseen conditions
- Punch-list, documentation, warranties, and handover
